1. Introduction

Welcome to AIvlink these Terms and Conditions govern your use of our AI-powered virtual assistant services.

By using our Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service immediately.

You represent that you are at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and have the authority to enter into this agreement.

Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and handle personal information.

2. Definitions

Account – Your registered profile enabling access to our Service.
Content – Any data, text, images, or other materials submitted, posted, or transmitted by you via the Service.
Subscription – A paid plan granting access to the Service for a specific period.
User, You – Any person or entity using the Service.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscription Term – Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, annually, or as otherwise agreed).
Renewal – Unless canceled, subscriptions automatically renew under the same terms at the end of each billing cycle.
Cancellation – You may cancel your subscription through your account dashboard or by contacting us at malek@aivlink.io. You will continue to have access until the end of your paid period.
No Refunds – Except as required by applicable law, subscription payments are non-refundable.
Fee Changes – We may adjust fees at the start of a new subscription period with at least 30 days’ notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights or violates privacy.
Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service’s infrastructure.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in the Service, including software, content, and branding, is owned by AIvlink or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of any content you upload but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host and process it for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or rely on third-party services for certain functions. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or policies. Your use of such services may be subject to separate terms.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

AIvlink’s total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution (Hybrid Model)

Default Governing Law – These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, excluding conflict-of-law principles.
International Clients – For clients outside Lebanon, disputes may be resolved under mutually agreed governing law or through binding international arbitration under the ICC Rules, with the seat of arbitration decided by mutual agreement.
Informal Resolution – You agree to first attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us at malek@aivlink.io before pursuing formal legal action.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the Service will immediately end.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with the “Last Updated” date revised. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates acceptance.
